Terms and conditions of sale of Gino Frutta & Bistrot
Method of purchase
1. To conclude correctly the contract of sale, the user must compile the form in the section “CheckOut” with every necessary information reguarding the shipping, billing address and the method of payment.
2. The contract is intended valid when Ginofruttabistrot.it receives the order form complete with every necessary part of it and the relative payment. If the payment does not result valid within 10 days since the order, the order will be automatically closed.
3. Whenever one or more products selected from the buyer are no longer available at the moment of the received order, it will be the concern of Ginofruttabistrot.it to issue a refund for the amounts paid by the customer. The refund will be generally issued within 7 business days, but exceptional circumstances may require more time to issue the refund.
4. With the transmission of the order, the buyer undertakes to observe all the General Conditions of Sale on this page.
5. The online sales contract between the Customer and the Supplier is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.
6. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the General Terms of Sale, please do not place your order. If the customer has any doubts or questions regarding the Terms and Conditions of Use of this site, they may contact the Ginofruttabistrot.it staff for clarification.
PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
Orders can be paid securely and reliably via PayPal, by credit card (via the NEXI circuit), or by bank transfer. In all cases the goods will be shipped only after correctly receiving the payment. Credit card and PayPal oayments are instantaneous thus allowing a quick shipping of goods. However in case of payment by bank transfer the shipment of the order will be made only after the crediting of the transfer to the current account of Gino Frutta and Bistrot.
Order Processing, Shipments and Deliveries
Once payment has been received and the shipping details are verified Ginofruttabistrot.it will send the products to the address indicated at check-out. The processing of the order requires, in most cases, 24 working hours (Monday to Friday). In some cases, additional time may be required (for example, if the ordered goods are in a certain warehouse or in case of unforeseen events), in any case Ginofruttabistrot.it reserves the right to ship the goods, if available, within 5 working days from the validation of the payment.
All shipments to Italy and in Europe are entrusted to GLS. We guarantee the delivery in 24/48 H. Please note that the
delivery times are indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment. On the shipping day
you will receive an email with the data for the package tracking.
The shipping fees for Italy are free for orders over 68,00 €. Below this amount the
shipping fee will be of € 6,90.
For shipments, in respect of the environment, we use recyclable cardboard packaging designed
specifically for wines, certified and extremely resistant. Anti-wrekage Packaging
Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
Important: In case you receive a damaged or tampered package or partial delivery please
point out this anomaly writing in the shipping document, that the courier will make you sign, the word “RESERVE”
describing the anomaly recognized (e.g. wet package, damaged package)
Potential Non Availability
Ginofruttabistrot.it works daily to keep its online catalog up to date. Due to the large number of items and the simultaneous sale in the store it may happen, in rare cases, that a certain ordered product is no longer available at the time of confirmation of the order. In such cases Ginofruttabistrot.it will promptly notify the Customer that he can decide whether to make changes to the order, obtaining an alternative product, or request a refund of the paid amount. In the case of orders composed of multiple products, any unavailability of an item is a prerequisite for reimbursement of only the amount equal to said item.
The sale of alcoholic products are reserved for adults. Using the site and sending an order request will result in the declaration that the users are above the minimum age of 18.

The staff of Ginofruttabistrot.it constantly work to offer a complete and accurate information on the products on sale on their website. At the same time, however, due to the large amount of the contents, it may result in the possibility of some inaccuracies. It is our daily responsibility to work in a constant greater precision and detailed study, but it is also customers’ responsibility to ensure the veracity of the details that should be considered essential for their satisfaction and necessary to complete the purchase: as non-exhaustive examples, the case of any Product Sheets that might report discordant information at different points in the tab itself, or in the case of Product Sheets showing incompatible and conflicting specifications and photos, and anyway in any case of doubt the Client is required to contact the Staff ofGinofruttabistrot.it through the appropriate “whatsapp” button or by writing an email to [email protected], or even by calling in store, to evaluate the accuracy of the Product Sheets and make sure that the desired product will actually be the one received.
Right of Withdrawal
In compliance of the Legislation 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent modifications and additions), the customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods, provided that the products have not been opened, consumed or damaged in any way, and are returned in perfect condition to Ginofruttabistrot.it. The Customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods, if it appears that this decrease is due to any manipulation other than that required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, by their nature, are prone to rapid decay, to personalized goods, or which are not appropriated to be returned for hygienic reasons or because they are open after delivery.
Reporting any issues after Delivery
If the Customer encounters any type of problem regarding the supplied products, the Customer Service will be at your service to solve the problems encountered. Customer service can be contacted from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7pm, by email, phone or via the “whatsapp” button on the website.
